Where is your office located and what are your hours?

*I am offering both in-person and virtual therapy to individual adults in the State of Texas.

*My office is located at 4040 N Central Expy, Suite 670, Dallas, TX 75204.

*I am available Monday through Friday from 9:30am to 4:30pm.

What are your rates?

​

*My rates reflect my experience and training, and unique skill set. I offer an initial 15-minute consultation that is free of charge (all consultations are virtual only). This is so you can decide if you want to enter a therapeutic relationship with me.

*From there, I charge $180 for the initial session, $160 for a 60-minute session and $230 for a 90-minute session.

Do you take In-Network insurance?

​

*At this time, I do not take in-network insurance; however, I have partnered with Reimbursify to make submitting a claim for reimbursement much easier and faster!

*If you provide me with your insurance name, date of birth and member ID, I can let you know if you are eligible for reimbursement and how much will be covered.

What is your cancellation policy?

​

*I require at least 24 hours notice of cancellation or time change to avoid a fee (full cost of the session).
